These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Accu Solution Services Limited ("MyGather," "we," "us"), which operates the MyGather app and mygather.org (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
MyGather is for people aged 16 and older. If you're a minor in your region, you may use MyGather with additional safeguards we apply to help keep younger members safe, and you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian where that's required. You agree to give accurate information when you sign up and to keep it current.
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Please keep one account per person, don't impersonate anyone, and let us know if you think someone else is using your account. We may need to verify that you're a real person — that's part of keeping the community genuine.
The MyGather community is free. It's a place to find and organize activities with real people — joining games and gatherings, filling open spots, or hosting your own. When you take part, we ask you to show up as you said you would, treat other members with respect, and help keep MyGather a welcoming place. Our Community Guidelines explain what we expect in more detail and form part of these Terms. We may remove content or activities, and limit or close accounts, that break these Terms or harm the community.
For pickleball, MyGather uses DUPR as its ratings system. Connecting your DUPR account is optional; if you don't, you set your own skill level. If you do connect, your verified DUPR rating comes directly from DUPR through their secure sign-in, and stays current automatically. You can disconnect at any time.
Questions or disputes about the accuracy of a DUPR rating itself are handled by DUPR, since they own the rating. Anything about the MyGather app or your account, we're happy to help with at support@mygather.org.
The MyGather marketplace — where local operators offer experiences and members can book them — is not part of the initial beta. When it launches, these points will apply:

If you list experiences on MyGather (when the marketplace is available), you agree to describe them accurately, honor confirmed bookings, hold any licences or qualifications your experience requires, and run your experiences safely and lawfully. You're responsible for your own taxes and for the experiences you provide. You keep 90% of what you earn, paid out through Stripe.
You own what you post — your profile, photos, activities, and messages. You give MyGather permission to host and display that content within the Service so it can do its job (for example, showing your activity to people who might join). You're responsible for what you post, and you agree it's yours to share and doesn't break the law or these Terms. We may remove content that does.

Our Community Guidelines set out these expectations in full, and are part of these Terms.
MyGather helps people meet and do activities in the real world. We work hard to keep the community genuine, but we can't guarantee any member, operator, or activity, and we don't control what happens when people meet in person. Please use good judgment, take normal precautions when meeting people you don't know, and take part in activities at your own risk. Activities and experiences can carry physical risk — you're responsible for deciding what's right for you.
MyGather works with trusted third parties — including DUPR (ratings), Stripe (payments), and cloud infrastructure providers. Your use of those services through MyGather is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
The MyGather name, logo, app, and design are owned by Accu Solution Services Limited. You may use the Service as intended, but please don't copy, resell, or reuse our brand or software without permission.
You can stop using MyGather at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, harm the community, or create risk for others. Where it's fair and possible to do so, we'll let you know.
MyGather is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we don't make warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and — again to the extent the law allows — MyGather is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of members, operators, or third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms as MyGather grows — for example when the marketplace launches. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date, and for significant changes we'll give additional notice where appropriate. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here removes consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of the place you live.
